We advocate for policies, legislation, and administrative outcomes that support and strengthen our communities. We welcome like-minded RCO leaders and members of RCOs who share in and are committed to the advancement of our core values. We educate and empower by sharing information, strategies, and tactics; taking unified action as decided by our members. We seek consensus but respect the need for action and the principle that a majority vote prevails. In everything we do, we strive for compassion, civility, quality, and high ethical standards.
